How many people can you accommodate on a tour?

Wine tours are available to a maximum of 10 people at one time.

What is the minimum group size?

The minimum group size is 4 people, however please Contact Us for smaller group enquiries. 

Are people under the age of 18 able to come on a tour?

No, unfortunately people under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend.

Are tours private or will there be other people with our group?

At this stage we conduct private wine tours, accommodating one group at a time.

Are the tours suitable for people in with mobility issues?

Unfortunately, the bus isn’t equipped for wheel chairs.

Does the tour duration include travel time to and from the departure point?

Yes – for full day tours, I normally like to be at the first winery by 10am and last by 4pm, allowing the necessary travel time.

Does the tour cost include lunch and wine tastings?

Full day tours include lunch, wine tastings, bottled water and a bottle of wine to take home. Half day tours include wine tasting and water. See our current tour packages here.

When do I need to pay for my tour?

Once booked, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is due within 14 days of booking. The remaining 50% is due one week before the tour.

Can I choose what I have for lunch and are dietary requirements able to be accommodated?

Absolutely, depending on which tour option is chosen you will have free choice on what you order for lunch.

Is the tour cost the same irrespective of the departure location?

Yes it is – the tour includes pick up and drop off from Maryborough, Avoca, Ballarat and other locations in the surrounding areas. Please Contact Us to discuss pick up locations outside of these areas.

What days of the week are tours available?

At this stage tours are available on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Do you visit wine regions other than the Pyrenees?

We can certainly look into any area that you would like, I’ve even done brewery tours for a local homebrew club! For custom tour enquiries, please Contact Us.

My friend doesn’t drink, is the tour price the same for them?

Please Contact Us to discuss guests that will not be participating in wine tastings.

Can you drink on the bus?

Yes, consumption of alcohol and other beverages is permitted on the tour bus.
